The President

Dr. Bradley W. White

Dr. Bradley W. White was appointed President of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Paris in 2007.  White earned his doctorate degree from the University of Memphis in 2003.  He holds an Associate Degree in technical education from State Technical Institute of Memphis, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Murray State University, a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from UT Martin and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Memphis.

Before being appointed President of TCAT Paris, White served as the assistant director of the TCAT for 20 years.  He started his career at TCAT Paris as an instructor and was selected as the first financial aid administrator before becoming the assistant director.

Dr. White actually started at the TCAT as a dual enrolled student while in high school.  He worked his way through college as a Small Engine mechanic and came back to the TCAT to teach.
